Spring in Minnesota can be feast or famine. One lake can be on fire and the next one down the road a few miles can be like a ghost town. Add in a huge drop in air temps, water temp crashing right as they are thinking about making beds and you can be in for a very tough bite. I was thankful on this trip to stick out the cold strong wind gusts and get a crack at a true Minnesota stud fish. The Megabass Uoze jig with the underspin has been absolute fire since it hit the market. It proved itself on this tough day!
